Earlier this year, we were thrilled to welcome two new members to Pivotal’s Board of Directors: Deborah Perry Piscone and Tamesa Rogers
Deborah Perry Piscione is the co-founder and CEO of the Work3 Institute, an advisory firm that helps enterprises evolve into an AI, web3 + work3 future of business.
“I joined Pivotal's board because I believe every young person deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams, regardless of their circumstances,” says Deborah. “What particularly drew me to Pivotal is their commitment to not just providing services, but truly empowering foster youth to define and achieve their own vision of success.”
Deborah spent 18 years in Washington, DC as a former congressional & White House staffer in foreign policy (working for US Senator Connie Mack, US Rep Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and President George Bush), and served as an on-air commentator for CNN, MSNBC & CNN.
Tamesa Rogers is an experienced, results-oriented Chief People Officer with 25 successful years in the tech industry who is known for her deep expertise in organizational problem-solving, leading growth, and culture shifts while building global teams.
"I’m excited about the opportunity to join Pivotal’s Board of Directors because I believe deeply in its mission to support foster youth on their path to education and career success,” says Tamesa. “Every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and Pivotal’s work helps break down the systemic barriers that too often stand in their way."
Most recently, Tamesa served as Chief People Officer at NETGEAR where she spent over 20 years. As NETGEAR’s first in-house Human Resources leader, she built the full HR organization from scratch, scaled the company from $300M to over $1B in revenue, and led numerous cultural and organizational transformations.
