PRIVACY POLICY

Pivotal is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors.  

The purpose of this Donor Privacy Policy is to inform you of the way your information is used after you make a donation.  

Types of Data Collected

We collect and maintain the following types of donor information: 

  • Contact information: Name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address; 

  • Payment information: Credit card number and expiration date will only be used to complete the transaction, the last four digits are stored for payment reference 

Pivotal uses your information to complete a transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on organizational happenings. Donor names may be listed in our Annual Report and other communications. If you wish your gift to remain anonymous, you can request that when making a donation or at any other time by contacting info@pivotalnow.org. 

Pivotal will NOT sell, rent, trade or transfer your personal information to outside organizations.  

Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our electronic or hard copy mailing list(s). Our email communications provide a mechanism to opt-out or you can contact us at info@pivotalnow.org.
